Ministering to the Elderly
Trinity Lutheran Church has the opportunity to expand its ministry to a number of elderly care and assisted living facilities in Grand Island. Currently, there is a great need for ministry to be conducted in these facilities. Lay people have currently been ministering at Lebensraum through Bible study and Sunday worship services. I am looking for many volunteers to come forward to participate in this ministry. Pastor Gillam has offered to give training for this ministry. Contact the church office at 308-382-0753.

There is a support organization and training is offered, so all you need is a passion to make a difference in someone's life with Jesus at center. Contact the church office at 308-382-0753.

Trinity Lutheran Church has long been designated as a facility for disaster response. Mission Team Since 1999, Trinity has had a group of mission minded people that are now called the Mission Team. The group has become a guiding force behind mission activity of our congregation. The team gives vision and direction to the mission work of our congregation – making decisions about mission projects, organizing mission festivals, guiding and supporting mission trips, fund raising and serving as a liaison with other mission minded groups at Trinity. The Mission Team is looking for more people in our congregation who would like to be a part of this exciting and God-centered work of carrying out the “Great Commission” through our congregation. If you would like to be a part of our dynamic and active Mission Team, contact the church office at 382-0753.

Visiting Guests of Trinity
Trinity has an average of 50 visitors every weekend. Many people need follow-up care and a personal witness to Jesus Christ.
